Conversation with Thialg
First, you need to go to Thialg in Bastion and ask where Adam is. This will mark the scientist's location on the map.
Conversation with Adam
It turns out that Adam is in Ignadon, the land where the Depository is located. Finding him isn't difficult, however, because the exact location will be marked on the map. Go there and talk to Adam to complete the quest.
