This page of the Elex 2 guide contains a walkthrough of the side mission called Dixxon's Mailman. You will receive it from Dixxon who is on the highest level of the Grotto, near a character named Zarina. There you will also meet Nasty, provided you haven't talked to her before. If you did that, she will change her location.
Getting flowers
After talking to Dixxon for the first time, you have to wait one day for him to prepare the package. When enough time passes, you can return to him - it will turn out that the shipment is flowers for his wife.
The flowers are to be delivered to the Crater, the headquarters of The Outlaw. The location will be marked on the map - you don't need to complete any mission to get inside.
Finding the wife
The area marked on the map is the cemetery. You have to go to the central part of the island with the cemetery and find the grave with the inscription Sophie and Matilda. Now interact with it and leave the flowers at the grave. The quest will be completed automatically.
After completing the mission, you can return to Dixxon to learn the story of his family's death.
