This page of the Elex 2 guide contains a walkthrough of The old shuttle computer mission, which leads to the end of the main storyline. This quest is triggered after completing The Gates of the Main Former mission.

Finding the computer

After defeating the boss in The Changeling's Plan mission, talk to the CRONY U4 drone. Go to the main formator again, specifically to the room with vegetation. This time, turn right at the end and follow the purple wires.

Soon you will see the stairs. Use them to get to the upper part of the location.

You will end up in the room with the computer you are looking for. Approach it to start a cutscene and complete the mission.
