This page of our guide to Elex 2 contains a walkthrough of the Kill the reavers near the Castle quest. You obtain this quest from Reinhold in the Castle, but you can also complete it without obtaining it from him. Simply go to where the reavers hide and fight them. Additionally, during the quest An Alb Agent the reavers will stand in your way - one way of resolving that conflict is killing them, which will complete this quest as well.

The reavers' location

As the name suggests, the reavers can be found near the Castle. If you obtained the quest, their location will be marked on your map. Otherwise you must head to the place marked with a red circle on the picture above.

You'll meet the reavers there - you should be around level 15 before fighting them, as their attacks are quite damaging. Killing them will complete the mission - there's no need to return to Reinhold, he won't reward you anyway. Remember to search the reavers' hideout (and their bodies) though, as you'll be able to find Elexit crystals, potions and other valuable items.
