Connect to the Rossi-Freemont housing estate remotely
To start this mission, you need to return to the bunker in The Loop, which you have accessed in the fifth chapter of the second act and the easiest way is to fast travel-there. After you get there watch the cutscene of the conversation with Clara and use the main computer to hack into the system of cameras inside the housing estate.
Track the transmission source, basing on the IP address
The rest of this mission is quite unique, because your task is "only" to switch between cameras, in the proper way that are mounted all around the estate. Start by hacking into the camera of the notebook that you can see behind the grate. After you do that, target the router and press the same key again, While completing the hacking minigame (as well as during the following ones, in this mission) try to perform the successive actions quickly, to be able to make it within the allotted time.
After you complete the hacking minigame, you will get the view from the next camera. Check out the audiolog (Iraq 03) on the left. Hack into the elevator that you can see in the distance, wait for it to reach this floor and switch to the camera in the elevator. Again, hack to make the elevator move to the new floor.
After the elevator reaches the next floor, target the nearby camera. Explore one of the higher floors and locate the person shown in the above screenshot. He has a camera on him so, you can switch again, Wait for the person that you are tracking, to approach the next stationary camera and hold down the hacking key/button again. After you switch again, target and hack into the new router. (a hacking minigame).
Ahead of you, there is a sequence of hacking into cameras - you need to hack the camera on the new person then, the camera in the stolen ATM and in the laptop. Look up and target one more camera that is located at the higher floor of the building. Here, there is another audiolog (Iraq 04).
Hack into the camera in the laptop and then, into the one on the wall, in the neighboring corridor. Switch from camera to another, thanks to which you will soon see the vicinities of the third router. Perform the steps that you have already learned so, hack into the router and complete the hacking minigame. After you have hacked into the device, start by obtaining the audiolog (Iraq 05).
Switch to the successive stationary cameras around. Keep doing that until you will be able to hack into the camera on one of the people walking around here. After you do that, wait for that person to reach the room shown in the above screenshot. Quickly, hack into the new camera, on the wall here.
The final sequence of hackings are the laptop camera, the one behind the destroyed wall and the one on the wall. After you switch to the camera next to the locked door, you will get to see a longer cutscene, which ends this quite easy a mission.
