I recommend that you wait for the convoy on one of the crossroads, along the convoy's route. In this mission, it is a good idea to rely on the grenade launcher and explosives. Wait for the marked vehicle to arrive and blow it up. After the successive action, deal with the rest of the gangsters or escape them.

Note - if you fail to destroy the car, with the mission target in, sufficiently early, it may start to escape. Is such a situation, start the chase and look for opportunities to hack into the elements of the surroundings.

Try not to allow the car, with the target inside, to escape
