Compliments for the Cook
The gang hideout is the small area at the back of the buildings in the poor part of the city. The best way to approach the zone, under the protection of the gangsters, from the South, or the West.
After you have activated the Profiler and learned about the area, you should note that, in spite of its small size, the restricted area is very well guarded. You especially need to watch out for the sniper on the rooftop of one of the small buildings. You can try eliminating him silently (a suppressed weapon) or start avoiding him altogether. In the case of the latter, it is a good idea to exploit the fact that the sniper is changing positions, occasionally, and watches over another part of the red zone.
The target should be in front of the entrance of one of the Eastern buildings. I recommend that you approach him from the South, take cover behind fences, containers and such, along your way. Along your path, you will, most probably, run into two other enemies and you can try luring them away, to the South, or eliminate them silently.
Swap Meet
The gang hideout is the small area, close to one of the railway stations.
The best way to approach the hideout is to approach the abovementioned station (take the stairs). Walk over the tracks (of course, make sure that the rail is not coming towards Aiden). This will allow you to walk into the restricted area safely. The target is staying in the location shown in the above screenshot. It is best to distract the nearby enemies and jump down safely to take down the target. After the successful attack, leave the hideout to prevent being detected.
