You can wait for the convoy next to one of the crossroads

It is best to wait for the convoy next to one of the crossroads along its route. I recommend against using any aggressive methods here, because the target cannot die. The least that you can do is destroy, quickly, the car at the head of the convoy.

You need to take down the target in melee

After the fighting starts, eliminate the enemies, one after another, and neutralize, quickly, those of the gangsters that may call for the reinforcements. Leave the marked opponent for the end. Approach him, while hiding behind the cars and the other big objects, and take him down in melee.

Use the grenade launcher and/or the explosives
