In order to start this mission, you need to reach the bunker in The Loop and walk over to the main hall, in order to meet up with Clara. Watch the cutscene exit the bunker and go towards the marker in The Wards. Carefully, approach the destination point, because there appeared enemy mercenaries there and, as a result, this area is treated as one of threat.
Eliminate the fixers
While eliminating the fixers, you do not need to act from hiding, although this is what is advised, because it is going to be easier for you to eliminate all of the enemies. Three of the fixers are patrolling the area around the building that has been tracked by Clara. Since they stand in a within a distance of each other, it would be good to eliminate them one after another, whether with a suppressed weapon, or with a melee attack. While planning on the successive attacks, use covers (and, if necessary, lures and hacking into the elements in the area, e.g. vehicles).
The enemies inside the main building leave for the end. The best way to access the building itself, is to use the interactive elevator to the West of it. This will allow you to reach the windows on the first floor and surprise the enemy, on the upper balconies, easily.
After you have dealt with the fixer on the balcony above, you only need to eliminate two more. Just like earlier, I recommend that you attack them one by one and use gadgets to your advantage, which distracts them and exposes them to surprise attacks.
Start the data download
Do not haste to reach the computer marked by the game, because this will start another big fight. It is a good idea to explore the entire building to learn more about it. In the spot shown in the above screenshot, you will find the G106 grenade launcher and, apart from that, you can pick up additional gadgets and components. If you have, e.g. IEDs (the proximity ones would be the best) you can plant them at the main entrances to the buildings (remember that you can pick up later on, the ones that you have not detonated). After you decide that you are ready, interact with the computer.
Fight back the enemies until the download ends
After you start retrieving data, stand behind the nearest cover. During the incoming fight, you will not be able to move away from the computer, too much, because this will stop the entire process and, as a consequence, this will unnecessarily make the whole fight longer. Start attacking the enemies. I especially recommend that you hack into the nearby objects that can be destroyed, because these will cause a series of explosions, in favorable conditions, which will eliminate several of the enemies.
While attacking the fixers, pay attention to those that are trying to throw grenades at Aiden. Then, relocate quickly behind one of the neighboring covers. (not too far away, to prevent the connection interruption) and await the explosion. Also you can use grenades, as well as the grenade launcher that you have just obtained, as well as IEDs (especially if you have followed my suggestion and planted them around the place).
Continue fighting up until the moment in which the data retrieving process is completed. Now, you will have to eliminate the rest of the mercenaries in the area, but they will not be replaced with new ones, fortunately. At this point, it is worth adding that there is an ammo bag in the central part of the building and it is worth reaching it, if you are using automatic weapons.
Wipe the hard drive clean
Just like earlier, you should not haste to much, about using the computer. Replenish ammo and examine the corpses to obtain cash and supplies. After you interact with the computer, you will learn that one of the enemies is escaping on a firetruck and you have to get him
Hunt down the escaping fixer
As quickly as possible, go towards the exit to the left of the computer. Get into one of the parked cars and chase the stolen firetruck. During this chase, do not attempt to push the firetruck off the road, because you are doomed to fail, due to the mass disproportion. Focus only on remaining within short distance of it.
Later into the chase, the fixer drives out into the highway and starts going against the traffic. Also in this case, strive for flawless driving, avoid bumping into the incoming vehicles (drive on the same lane, i.e. also against the traffic). Do not slow down too much, because the police starts scanning, after a while and, if you are staying for too long, within one of the yellow circles, you will unnecessarily start a police pursuit.
Most probably, you will be able to stop the firetruck only after you reach the northern part of the Parker Square (close to the Pawnee district). Wait for the moments at which you will be able to press the interaction key/button to hack into an element of the surroundings, e.g. a pipeline, bollards, road spikes. Depending on the type of the hacking action, you will be able to damage, sufficiently, the firetruck after the first try, or only after several successful attacks
Finally, you only need to kill the fixer that jumps out of the damaged truck and starts escaping on foot. Of course, the easiest way to do that is to run him over. If the police have not joined the chase, the mission will end immediately afterwards. Otherwise, you will also have to lose them as well. This is the end of the second act of the campaign mode.
Rewards for completing the mission: 1000 experience points + 200 experience points for losing the police.
