The grenade launcher is perfect for this mission

It is best to wait for the convoy next to one of the crossroads along its route. It is a good idea to rely on the grenade launcher, here, and on the explosives. Wait for the marked vehicle to appear and blow it up. After the action, deal with the rest of the enemies or escape from them.

Note - if you fail to destroy the car, with the mission target in, sufficiently early, it may start to escape. Is such a situation, start the chase and look for opportunities to hack into the elements of the surroundings.

It is best to wait for the convoy next to the highway escape, or near one of the drawbridges, which you can raise to prevent the enemies from escaping.
