Access the Rossi-Freemont estate
To start the last mission of the third act, you need to go to The Wards. After you start the mission, head again, towards the Rossi-Freemont estate. Since you have already visited this location in the sixth mission of the second act, you should already know your way, around the area, well. At the main yard, in front of the main buildings, there are enemies that are similar to the ones that you have already seen here. Just like earlier, in the Eastern part of the location, there are two snipers deployed (there is no third sniper, fortunately)
The best way to enter the estate is through the passage in the South-Western part of the location. Climb over the low wall to the South and head Eastwards. It is necessary that you use the covers that you pass by because, just like in the case of your previous visit here, the snipers are buy scrutinizing the area. If you are not careful, they will be able to spot you, even at a long distance.
After you approach the building with the green marker, go North and keep moving slowly, without exposing yourself to excessive risk. Stop after you reach the locked door to the Eastern building. Follow the suggestion of your allies and use Blackout, i.e. one of Aiden's gadgets. Once the building door opens, walk inside.
Reach Iraq's server room
Prepare a good weapon and gadgets, because the enemies in the building are ready for Aiden's arrival, even if you have tried to remain silent, up until now. After you walk into the fires room, immediately hide behind the nearest cover. You can eliminate the enemies on the upper floor, thanks to hacking (the fuse box and explosive attached to one of the gangsters) or as a result of direct fire exchange.
There are more enemies in the elevator and in this case, the best thing to do is to throw them a grenade, before they even get out of the elevator. After the fights stop, go to the elevator and reach the upper floor. Remain vigilant here, because you will be attacked by more enemies, right after you leave the elevator. It is a good idea to use the shotgun here, to eliminate the nearest gangsters.
After the fights, consider hacking into the door that lead into a small storage area, which is located at this level. Among others, you will find here an ammo bag and an audiolog (Bedbug 03). After you have explored the area, go towards the ramp towards the upper floor and hide behind the cover immediately, because there appear new enemies on the right. Eliminate them, by hacking, taking well-aimed shots or by throwing them gadgets. At the same time, also collect the frag grenades that you find along your path.
Continue along your path and collect the audiolog (Iraq 07). Open the new door and approach the entrance to the room with arcades. Since there is an Enforcer around, it would not harm if you used explosives or the grenade launcher. As for the remaining ones, you can eliminate them by hacking (it is worthwhile to hack into the nearby cameras), or in a traditional way. Regardless of your method, do not haste to cross this area and keep a careful eye on the readings of the minimap.
While exploring the skyscraper, try to search the corpse of the Enforcer that you have just killed, because he has an excellent ATSG-12 shotgun on him. Keep especially cautious after you approach the yellow ladder shown in the above screenshot. Up the ladder, there probably are more enemies and it would be good if you threw them some explosive apples or, at least, distracted them (e.g. with the Blackout). Using the ladder, without proper preparation, may have grave consequences.
Approach the new corridor and use the fact that there are many cameras around. It is a good idea to exploit them, to sabotage the enemies and to detonate the elements in the surroundings, especially that there is an elite opponents around. While crossing this part of the building, you can also take the side corridors and often this will allow you to surprise the enemies. Apart from that, keep an eye out of an audiolog (Iraq 08).
Take the new ladders and, after you get to the higher level, take cover quickly. In the neighboring room, you will notice a numerous group of opponents. It is worth exploiting the fact that, initially, they are clustered together so, you can either throw them several grenades, or hack the explosive elements in the surroundings. After you secure the area, hack into the new optional room, where you find, among others, cash, supplies and an audiolog (Bedbug 01). Resume along your path, open the door and reach the server room, after several moments.
Download the data from the server
Open one more door and enter the server room, where you will not encounter any more opponents. Approach the main server and hold down the hacking key/button to access it. Wait for all the data to be downloaded and exit the server room, which will result in playing a cutscene, of the meeting with Iraq.
Follow Iraq
Take the hole in the wall and jump down onto the rooftop fragment. In just about a moment, you will fight here a some sort of a duel with two bosses so, it would be a good thing to prepare. Examine the rooftop, in search of the IEDs and spread as many of them, as possible, all around the area.
On the rooftop, there will soon appear three "regular opponents. Do not waste neither the IEDs, nor the grenade launcher on them. Instead, deal with them in the conventional way, using firearms. try to do that as quickly as possible,, to prevent the gangsters from using the grenade launchers, or from surrounding you.
Defeat Iraq
Before you start the fight with Iraq, there will appear an accompanying Enforcer, on the roof His armor is better than that of the regular Enforcers so, you really need to get down to it to defeat him. Start by detonating the IEDs all around the rooftop and make sure that the Enforcer is always staying close to the exploding charge.
Apart from the IEDs, you can also use the explosive elements of the surroundings, to your aid, throw the frag grenades to the Enforcer and deal damage with the grenade launcher or the automatic shotgun that you have obtained recently. While dealing damage, keep at a safe distance of the opponent and make an extensive use of the covers.
Iraq appears in the battlefield, most probably, only after the Enforcer is defeated, or is at the brink of dying. Also his resistance is higher than average so, continue using the grenade launcher/shotgun, as well as various explosives.
Leave the Rossi-Freemont estate
Use to your advantage the fact that the game gives you some time to collect the gadgets and supplies, from the rooftop that you have just fought on. After Aiden gets to the yard, walk away from the estate to complete this mission.
Rewards for completing the mission: notoriety, 2000 experience points + experience points for defeating Iraq
