Make sure that you do not blow up the cars with the target on them!

The best spot to lie in wait for this convoy next to one of the crossroads, along the convoys route, or in one of the spots where there is a bottleneck. I recommend against using any aggressive methods, because no target can die. The least that you can do is to destroy the first car on the convoy and lay down fire on the ones that approach Aiden, after the fighting starts (most probably, there are going to be the Enforcers inside).

Carefully, approach the marked enemies and take them down in melee

Start eliminating the enemies, one after another, and neutralize quickly those of the enemies that may summon reinforcements. Leave the two marked people for later. Select any of the mission targets and approach him carefully, while taking cover behind the cars and the other elements in the surroundings. After you knock out the first opponent, do the same with the other.
