The Human Traffic missions are the only ones that become available only later into the game. After you complete "A Risky Bid" missions, in act III, which concerns human trafficking, it will be brought to your attention that new missions have been unlocked and they will appear on your map, in the regions in which you have already unlocked ctOS towers.

These missions consist in locating the target, hacking into his phone and finding the briefcase in a certain apartment, after you hack into the building's security systems. At the attempt to hack into the system, you will have to complete a hacking minigame but, in this case, they are very simple. Then, using the camera in the apartment, you need to find the briefcase and scan its contents, The briefcases that appear later on the map, can be scanned at any given moment of the game, after that point. This is so, because they often appear far away from the target. The order of completing is up to you.

Finding all of the briefcases results in the unlocking of a special mission. Completing this one, concludes the human traffic in Chicago and the news on that will be broadcasted on the radio. Also, you will be rewarded with quite a few notoriety points, Completion of all the 10 missions is required to complete the game in 100%.

The first person that you need to track is the man at the cemetery. He is not difficult to spot, because there is nobody else around. You need to hack into his phone and wait for the conversation to end.

Then, go into the location marked as the briefcase. Behind each one of the marked buildings, there as a secured router.

After you have breached the security, you receive the view from the camera inside the building. The briefcase that you need to scan starts glowing after you point to it. Often, you will also get the image of some other object, a laptop, or a phone that you need to hack into. Thanks to this, you will receive more accurate information on the plot of the game, but does not have any influence on the game itself.

The second person is in district I, next to the pond in the park. He is talking on the phone, close to the parasols and he is wearing a black suit.

This man is an aging person in the docks, near one of the boats. In this case, there is nobody else around so, he is easy to find.

The fourth man is the black-skinned auction bidder. You can find him in the alley between buildings.

The next target is standing by himself. You can find them in the docks, on the river bank.

The sixth person is close to the river, close to the warehouse district. He is wearing a bright coat and dark trousers. You can locate him at the boats, on the yard.

The seventh person is trying to keep a low profile. He is wearing a black suit and is standing among the others, in the middle of the square.

Just as important, the eighth target is in front of the skyscraper, next to the swimming pool. Around, there are few people and the target is wearing darkly-colored clothes.

This one is the elderly man in the bright coat and black trousers. You will find him in the alley, between buildings.

The last person is in the center of the square, in the former office building for the ctOS HQ. He is wearing a cream-colored coat, a cap and dark trousers.

Special mission

In the special mission, you need to access the place marked on the map. On the building wall, you will find the router that you need to hack into.

You will get the camera view of the room. You will also see the target, whose phone conversation you need to eavesdrop on. After he ends the conversation, the man starts escaping in his car.

You need to eliminate the target, in any way you want to - blow up his car or immobilize it, so that he is exposed to your attacks, after he leaves. To complete this mission, you also need to escape the ensuing police pursuit.
