Find access to the bridge

The mission's starting point

You can start this mission right after you listen to the conversation with Clara, after you escape the attacked motel. The mission's starting point is the region of the unpaved road in the South-Western part of The Loop and Aiden meets Clara here again, thanks to which he will learn about a bunker.

The panel

After you regain control over your character, locate the pole with a camera on top of it. You do not need to hack into the camera and instead, hack the panel with the hard drive, at the foot of the pole. Watch the video footage, thanks to which you will find out that one of the homeless (Tobias Frewer) has a remote controller that controls the bridge.

Follow Clara

Tobias's staying place

Follow Clara and enter a sort of a camp, inhabited by the homeless. After you reach Tobias's store, it will turn out, unfortunately that nobody's home. Learn about the new objectives.

Scan the people in the camp

Activate the Profiler (press the hacking key/button) and start scanning the homeless near Tobias's store. The person that you are looking for should be standing on to the right of the locked store door and he has been shown in the above screenshot. Hack his phone and listen to the conversation.

Catch up with and stop the fixer

Stop the van in any way you want

Start running towards the leaving van and jump into any car parked at the road. Start the chase after the van, which you need to complete before it reaches Tobias's staying place. After you have caught up with the van, start attacking it, by either hacking the elements in the surroundings (bollards, road spikes, etc.), or bumping into it and pushing it over to the obstacles.

You also need to deal with the van's driver

After you manage to destroy the van, deal additionally with the enemy driver, who has been driving it, best by running him over. More enemies will arrive, in the meantime, and for a change, it would be best if you escaped from them (for this, e.g. raise drawbridges or bollards).

Reach the place where Tobias is playing Poker

The stairs to the basement

You can now drive towards the Northern part of the Parker Square. Park in front of the house marked by the game. Find the basement stairs , where an illicit match of Poker is taking place. Approach the table and press the appropriate key to sit at the table and join the game. Fortunately, you do not need to complete the poker minigame, because Aiden will manage to drive Tobias away after the first dealing.

Chase Tobias

Catch up with Tobias and handle him to the ground

Chase after Tobias and follow the game's instructions not to use the gun, because you need to catch him alive. During the chase, remember to hold down the climbing key/button, because you will be hopping over the possible obstacles automatically. After you catch up with Tobias, press the melee key/button to wrestle him down. Now you only need to watch the final cutscene.

Note - from now on, you can visit the store ran by Tobias. It is worthwhile to visit it often because, apart from the standard components, he also sells ready-made gadgets.

Reward for completing the mission: the option to visit Tobias's store, 500 experience points + 50 experience points for stopping the van + experience points for eliminating the van's driver
