Control Center 1 � The first control center in the eastern part of Mad Mile.
Control Center 2 � The second control center in the soutch of Brandon Docks district.
Control Center 3 � The third control center is located in the center of The Wards near autobahn.
Control Center 4 � The fourth control center is in island in Pawnee district.
The ctOS Control Centers are server -based surveillance systems. Each district has one and it is heavily guarded. By default, the Parker Square is available, and you need to unlock the remaining ones after the "Open your world" mission. In this mission, you unlock the system in The Loop. Why is it worthwhile to unlock these points? Because with access to the ctOS servers, you will not be able to use the Profiler to its fullest, or scan the passers-by. Thanks to unlocking the center, you will also be able to unlock ctOS towers, which in turn, point you to the interesting points and collectibles on the map.
Each time you want to reach one such point, you need to: obtain the access code and reach the terminal. In the case of the servers, you need to handle the terminal manually so, you cannot do that remotely, via the camera, nor over too long a distance. After you start hacking, just like in the case of the storyline missions, you need to complete a simple hacking minigame. These missions can be performed quietly, as well as by eliminating each opponent that you encounter. However, to complete it, you also need, apart from accessing the building with the server, to get out of there, safely. Below, you can see the methods of completing these tasks, sneakily.
