The guard with the codes

Once outside of the compound, you can simply access the cameras and find the guard with the codes to the server. It is the one close to the Southern gate, at the building.

Enter the premises over the gate on the Western side

You can reach the premises of the facility by climbing over the fragment of the fence on the Western side. Now, walk onto the blue elevator on the right side of the small building, ahead of you. Before you activate it, hide behind the wall, because the noise will attract the attention of the guard for a moment. Once he turns away, climb onto the roof and reach the marked terminal site.

On the rooftop, you are safe as long as you stay in hiding

While above the truck, you can be spotted only by one guard - by the one next to the post, in the middle. Use the Lure or hack into his phone , to distract him, and jump down quickly onto the truck. Then hide behind the cover on the right.

While in hiding, you have a perfect view of the terminal

You can safely hack into the terminal, while in hiding. The only thing remaining is the problem of escaping - you can activate the forklift to attract the attention of the opponents, and escape through the Northern gate, or use the Lure.
