The guard with the codes on him

After you reach the island from the West, locate the guard with the access codes. He is walking around in the middle of the base so, you need to scan several people to find him.

You can swim up to the terminal and avoid stepping into the middle of the base

You can sneak towards the terminal among the enemies but, it is much easier to swim up to it, outside of the red zone. In the bay, where you see the wooden fence, the rocky slope is mild enough for you to climb over it. On the left, there may be a guard - wait for him to walk away.

The terminal at the end of the path

At the end of the path, there is the terminal that you are looking for. Hide behind the fence covered with planks, to prevent being spotted. After the successful break-in, jump climb over the fence and swim outside of the grey search area.
