In Phantom Liberty expansion for Cyberpunk 2077, you can be hired by Mr. Hands for an optional gig - Dogtown Saints. Unlocking the gig and meeting with Odell Blanco

1. After you unlock V's apartment in the main job Lucretia My Reflection you should get a call form Mr. Hands. You'll learn about the possibility of taking up gigs in Dogtown.
2. Reach the marker in the picture and you'll find out about the possibility of meeting Odell Blanco. He is staying at The Golden Fleece. Odell will ask you to save Anthony Anderson.

Finding the entrance to the clinic

1. The destination is the Haven clinic, which is under the control of the Scavengers. The main option is to attack the opponents in front of the clinic, but watch out for a stronger gang members standing on the scaffolding.
2. The main entrance to the clinic is locked and opening the door by force requires 12 points of the Body attribute. If you have defeated the enemies you can climb the scaffolding and use the upper entrance.
3. Alternatively, you can sneak into the side entrance of the clinic - as shown in the image above.

Reaching the clinic's basement

1. Inside the clinic there are more Scavs - you can eliminate them in direct fight, kill them silently (take advantage of the fact that several of them are facing the big cross), or bypass them.
2. Ultimately, you must locate the passage to the basement from the picture. Deal with more thugs along the way.

Confrontation with Anderson and Nika

Anderson's office is in one of the rooms in the basement, and save your game before going inside, because there is a choice in front of you. Inside the office, Nika will point the gun at Anderson and you can:

1. Shoot Nika right away - You have to skip having a conversation with her and you won't know her motivations.
2. Try to calm the situation - You learn that Nika accuses Anderson of killing her brother.
3. Take the side of Anderson or Nika - This is possible if you brought the conversation to the end. You can attack Nika or force Anderson to let her into the morgue where her brother's corpse is.

Regardless of how you choose, talk to Anderson and leave the clinic. Mr. Hands will call you. You will complete the gig and receive eddies.
