One of the story missions of the Phantom Liberty expansion for Cyberpunk 2077is Birds with Broken Wings. The walkthrough description from our guide explains how to reach the two transceivers on the rooftops, how to jack in to them, how to pass the encounters with Songbird and Alex, how to unlock the entrance to Farida's clinic, and how to undergo treatment.

Meeting with Reed and Alex

1. You'll start this mission after getting out of the Black Sapphire scraper in the main quest You Know My Name. You have to wait a day for a call from Reed . It's best to use the skip time option.
2. Reed will ask to meet at Alex's safehouse in The Moth. Use the elevator to reach the basement of the bar. Attend the briefing and you'll learn about the plan to kidnap netrunners in order to seize their identities. Pick up a gadget from Alex, which will later be used to open the trunk remotely.

Accessing the first transceiver

1. After leaving the safehouse, you need to reach the building next to the Chapel (the easiest way to move there is by fast travel). You need to get to the rooftop of the pawn shop and look for scaffolding near one of the walls.
2. There is a group of opponents on the rooftop - get rid of them in any way you can. After the fight, locate the transceiver and jack in. The action will end in failure.

Meeting with Songbird

1. Songbird should contact you while trying to reach the first transceiver. The best option is to meet her right away - return to Dogtown. When you get there, if necessary, sit on the bench to speed up the time (the meeting hours are 11:00 PM and 1:00 AM).
2. After Songbird appears, follow her. You'll listen to her motivations and escape plans. You won't make a final decision on cooperation with Songbird now. The decision will appear in one of the later main missions.
3. After the encounter, call Reed to tell him about the meeting with Songbird. You won't make a binding decision this time either.

Accessing the second transceiver

1. The second transceiver is in Arroyo next to the fast travel point Megabuilding H4. As before, you have to reach the rooftop and you can jump on air conditioners protruding from the wall of the building.
2. The transceiver must be rebooted, and you can optionally talk to Luka about it - the kid will demand 1000 eurodollars, but after "negotiations" the price drops to 10 eddies. You can pay the kid and follow his instructions or find the switch from the picture by yourself. Have an optional chat with Johnny about the damaged Relic and connect to the second transceiver. You'll download the key.

Optional meeting with Alex

1. You have to wait a few hours again for a call from Reed. Don't use the skip time option right away, because Alex will text you. You can optionally accept the invitation and meet her at The Moth.
2. Meeting Alex is an opportunity to get to know her better, but the game doesn't offer the option of romance with her. You can also dance with Alex after she turns on the music.

Reaching Farida's clinic

1. After a few hours, Reed will call and send you to Farida's clinic for treatment. Farida is a ripperdoc and her clinic is in Dogtown.
2. Use the intercom and select the first dialogue option (as shown in the image above). Inside the clinic, talk to Reed about his plans for Songbird. You'll receive an ICEbreaker gadget to stun Songbird. This isn't yet the moment of choice, and you are free to choose your dialogue options.
3. After the conversation, sit on the exam chair - you'll watch a cutscene from the operation. Afterwards, get up from your chair. The next main mission I've Seen That Face Before will begin.
