On this page of the Resident Evil 4 Remake game guide you will find information about the Request called Destroy the Blue Medallions 2. It involves destroying five medallions scattered around the lake in Chapter 3.

These challenges enable you to earn special currency (spinels), with which you can buy rare items - such as a treasure map, laser sight or artifacts. The Destroy the Blue Medallions 2 request is located before entering the Quarry in Chapter 3. At this stage of the game, it is worth having a sniper rifle (for which you will get a scope for free) - this will also make it easier to complete this order.

One of the medallions is located in the Quarry in the village, but for the next ones you will have to go further - to be precise, to the marina with a motorboat without fuel and the Fish Farm location (where the fuel for the motorboat is located). With this in mind, it's a good idea not to focus only on this request, but to perform it along the way and combine it with the Viper Hunter request.

You will find it by standing at the place indicated on the map above andlooking towards the wooden structures in the screenshot. A sniper rifle weapon will come in handy here, so it's a good idea to get one from the Merchant in advance.
