Getting Bunch of Keys as Ashley
In Chapter 9, you assume control of Ashley, and one of the main objectives is to find Bunch of Keys. They can be found on a table in the southern part of the first floor of Library.

One use of the Keys is a story event, as you need them to leave the room, but there are some chests (Chest with Decorated Keyhole) that also require them to open. There are 3 of them in total, and you need to locate and open them while still as Ashley, as once you're back to Leon in Chapter 10, they will be no longer accessible.
Chest with Decorated Keyhole #1 - Library
The first chest is in the western part of Library. Choose the second key from the left.

The second chest is in a room next to the Grand Hall (the location of the Grandfather Clock puzzle). Choose the fourth key from the left.

The final chest is in Mausoleum - you can find it after avoiding animated armors in the main part of the Mausoleum. You can get this secret either before or after completing the Salazar Family Insignia. Choose the first key from the left.
