Place of the fight with Chainsaws Sisters

The Chainsaw Sisters are a pair of bosses from the Checkpoint location you visit in Chapter 6. Leon must make his way to the main building of this location to obtain the Checkpoint Crank quest item.

You will be attacked by the opponents with chainsaws when trying to take the crank.

Hiding Ashley before the fight

Hide Ashley before the Chainsaw Sisters attack. In the same room, there is a locker - you can walk up to it and press the right analog stick. Leon orders Ashley to hide in a locker, and she will be safe there until the end of the fighting.

There is also a second locker on the floor. It's possible to hide Ashley there before jumping down to the ground floor. It doesn't matter which locker you choose.

How to beat the bosses in Checkpoint?

In this fight, in addition to women with chainsaws, you must also watch out for regular enemies - they will appear through the main door.

Don't get caught by an enemy - the other one can then come up and kill you if you don't free yourself.

If you have a hand grenade, it is worth throwing at least one at the group of enemies. Otherwise, use the shotgun and SMGs to stop women with chainsaws and other enemies. Also, look out for opportunities to finish off knocked-out opponents.

You can run around the table and thus make it difficult for enemies to get the protagonist. You can also try to go outside. If you see an attack from any bosses coming, block the chainsaw with a knife (hold L1/LB). This will consume the knife's energy bar heavily but will stop the attack and expose the boss to a counterattack.

Don't position the character back to the bosses because they can then easily run a chainsaw through Leon, and you won't be able to defend yourself.

The priority is to defeat the women with chainsaws as they pose the greatest threat. After getting rid of them, deal with the regular enemies. You will retrieve the Checkpoint Crank, thanks to which you will unlock the exit gate.
