Lord of the Fallen

How to unlock: Obtain all trophies.

Trophy type: platinum

Comment: Platinum trophy is only available on PS5.

A Veil Lifted

How to unlock: Die in Axiom for the first time.

Trophy type: bronze

Comment: The achievement cannot be missed. You will die for the first time in the prologue, during the fight with the first boss, Holy Bulwark Otto, or after defeating him.

Lost and Found

How to unlock: Retrieve vigor lost upon death.

Trophy type: bronze

Comment: This topic is described in more detail on the Death and its consequences page. A purple line will appear in the place where your character died (example in the picture). Reach it after respawning at a Vestige. You can only regain lost vigor if you don't die again in the meantime.

Weapon Collector

How to unlock: Collect all weapons.

Trophy type: silver

Comment: New weapons can be found as loot, received as rewards or purchased from merchants (including boss remembrances at Molhu). Do not sell the weapons you collect unless you have more than 1 copy of the same weapon. Many weapons are unique and cannot be obtained again.

Ironclad

How to unlock: Collect all armor pieces.

Trophy type: silver

Comment: New armor pieces can be found as loot, received as rewards or purchased from merchants (including boss remembrances at Molhu). Do not sell armor you collect unless you have more than 1 copy of the same item. Many armor pieces and sets are unique and cannot be obtained again.

What Sights Contained Within

How to unlock: Collect all Umbral Eyes.

Trophy type: bronze

Comment: Umbral Eyes is a unique loot category. You can obtain them by exploring the game world. They have their own tab in the inventory.

Trinket Collector

How to unlock: Collect all rings and pendants.

Trophy type: bronze

Comment: New rings and pendants can be found as loot, received as rewards or purchased from merchants. Do not sell these items unless you have more than 1 copy of the same ring or pendant.

Ammunition Collector

How to unlock: Collect all ammo types.

Trophy type: bronze

Comment: New ammo types can be found as loot or purchased from merchants. Sell them only if you have more than 1 unit of a given ammunition type. Some types of ammunition may be difficult to obtain again.

Inferno Adept

How to unlock: Collect all Inferno spells.

Trophy type: bronze

Comment: New Inferno spells can be found as loot or purchased from the Tortured Prisoner and Damarose the Marked merchants. You can get them from Molhu via boss remembrances. Sell them only if you have more than 1 copy of a given spell. Some spells may be difficult to obtain again.

Radiant Adept

How to unlock: Collect all Radiance spells.

Trophy type: bronze

Comment: New Radiance spells can be found as loot or purchased from Stomund and Exacter Dunmire. You can get them from Molhu via boss remembrances. Sell them only if you have more than 1 copy of a given spell. Some spells may be difficult to obtain again.

Umbral Adept

How to unlock: Collect all Umbral spells.

Trophy type: bronze

Comment: New Umbral spells can be found as loot or purchased from Molhu. You can increase his offer by providing remembrances from defeated bosses. Sell them only if you have more than 1 copy of a given spell. Some spells may be difficult to obtain again.

Throwable Collector

How to unlock: Collect all throwables.

Trophy type: bronze

Comment: New types of throwable items can be found as loot or purchased from merchants. Sell them only if you have more than 1 unit of a given item. Some throwables may be difficult to obtain again.

Gesture Collector

How to unlock: Collect all gestures.

Trophy type: bronze

Comment: Gestures are also known as emotes. They can be rewards for, e.g. talking to an NPC, doing a favor or defeating a boss. The game will then display the emote icon and its name on the right edge of the screen (example in the image).

Salvation in Blood

How to unlock: Fully upgrade the Sanguinarix.

Trophy type: bronze

Comment: Sanguinarix is upgraded by Pieta in Skyrest. You don't spend vigor to upgrade it. Instead, you must explore the world to find Saintly Quintessence quest items. There are a total of 20 of them to collect.

Honed to Perfection

How to unlock: Fully upgrade a weapon.

Trophy type: bronze

Comment: Upgrading weapons becomes possible after unlocking access to the blacksmith Gerlinde - we described this on a separate page of the guide.

Rune Novice

How to unlock: Place a rune in a socket for the first time.

Trophy type: bronze

Comment: You need to advance in the game and unlock Gerlinde. This will allow you to buy runes from her.

Rune Master

How to unlock: Fully socket a 3-rune weapon or shield.

Trophy type: bronze

Comment: This is the second achievement related to runes. You also need to obtain a weapon capable of holding 3 different runes.

Carving Out Victory

How to unlock: Fully upgrade the Umbral lamp.

Trophy type: bronze

Comment: Umbral lamp is upgraded by Molhu in Skyrest. You will only meet him in Umbral world. You don't spend vigor to upgrade it. Instead, you must find unique Antediluvian Chisels quest items in the game world. There are a total of 3 such objects to obtain and you can find them in the Alehouse, Fief of the Chill Curse and Leprosarium.

Utmost Insight

How to unlock: Fully socket the Umbral lamp with Umbral Eyes.

Trophy type: bronze

Comment: This service is also offered by Molhu in Skyrest. Once you reach him in Umbral world, you must select the Socket Umbral Eye option. The limit of eyes that can be placed increases as you upgrade the Umbral lamp.

Comrades

How to unlock: Beckon a co-op partner.

Trophy type: bronze

Comment: This online trophy can only be obtained in co-op.

Shared Triumph

How to unlock: Defeat a boss alongside a co-op partner.

Trophy type: bronze

Comment: This online trophy can only be obtained in co-op.

Vengeance for the Fallen

How to unlock: Avenge a fallen lampbearer.

Trophy type: bronze

Comment: This is an online trophy. You need to find a red lamp where another player died and then use Soulflay on it. This will lead you to the place where you will avenge the death of another player.

No Mercy

How to unlock: Defeat another player in PVP.

Trophy type: bronze

Comment: This is an online trophy that can only be obtained in co-op mode.

Infernal Offerings

How to unlock: Donate a total of 10 Severed Hands.

Trophy type: bronze

Comment: You can only get severed hands by playing online - you can get them by invading other players' worlds and defeating invaders. You can donate all acquired hands to the Shrine of Adyr in Fitzroy's Gorge.

Radiant Offerings

How to unlock: Donate a total of 10 Pilfered Coins.

Trophy type: bronze

Comment: You can only get Pilfered Coins by playing online - you can receive them for playing co-op with another player. You can return all collected coins to the Shrine of Orius in the Skyrest.

Umbral Offerings

How to unlock: Donate a total of 10 Plucked Eyeballs.

Trophy type: bronze

Comment: You can only get Plucked Eyeballs by playing online - you can receive them for each avenged death of another player. You can donate all acquired eyeballs to the Shrine of Putrid Mother, which can be found in the Skyrest (it is visible in Umbral world and can be found near Molhu).

Shades of Violence

How to unlock: Apply a tinct to a piece of gear.

Trophy type: bronze

Comment: We described this in more detail on the How to change the appearance of armor? page. You must find an armor tinct in the world and apply it to any armor piece you have.

Rise and Fall

How to unlock: Defeat Pieta, She of Blessed Renewal.

Trophy type: bronze

Comment: The description of the fight with Pieta can be found in the Bosses chapter.

Together in Death

How to unlock: Defeat The Congregator of Flesh.

Trophy type: bronze

Comment: The description of the fight with the Congregation of Flesh can be found in the Bosses chapter.

How to unlock: Defeat The Hushed Saint.

How to unlock: Defeat Judge Cleric, The Radiant Sentinel.

How to unlock: Defeat the Lightreaper.

How to unlock: Defeat the Sundered Monarch.

Trophy type: bronze

A Hunger Sated

How to unlock: Defeat Elianne the Starved.

Trophy type: bronze

Fallen

How to unlock: Defeat Adyr, the Bereft Exile.

None Shall Be Spared

How to unlock: Defeat all bosses.

Comment: You must eliminate all main story and optional bosses. Their list is available on the List of all bosses page.

The Price of Knowledge

How to unlock: Exacter Dunmire gains the knowledge he seeks.

Trophy type: bronze

Comment: You must complete this NPC's quest line. Talk to Dunmire whenever you can and do what he tells you to do.

Part of the Divine

How to unlock: Damarose the Marked receives her divine reward.

How to unlock: Sparky is liberated.

Comment: Find a tablet with runes in the Tower of Penance, return it to Gerlinde and from the list select the option to give the Sparky. This will earn you the achievement, but will also increase your prices at the blacksmith by 100%.

Moving On

How to unlock: Byron finds a new purpose.

A Queen's Rest

How to unlock: Sophesia bestows a final favour.

Trophy type: bronze

Comment: You must complete this NPC's quest line. Talk to Sophesia whenever you can and do the things she mentions.

The Last Step

How to unlock: The Iron Wayfarer's journey finally ends.

Trophy type: bronze

Comment: You must complete this NPC's quest line. Talk to the Ironwalker at every opportunity and do what he tells you to do.

Vengeful Reflection

How to unlock: An Umbral imprint of Isaac faces the Lightreaper.

Trophy type: bronze

Comment: This achievement is related to unlocking the Dark Crusader class - we discussed it on a separate page.

You must follow the steps described there, e.g. find and see 4 stigmas associated with Isaac and defeat the Paladin's Burden boss. After you advance in the main story to the place where you fight the Lightreaper, summon Isaac for help. If you defeat the boss without the paladin's help, you will miss your chance. You can try again in NG+ or by playing a different character.

Lord of the Risen

How to unlock: Reach the Adyr ending.

In Light We Walk

How to unlock: Reach the Radiant ending.

Trophy type: silver

Comment: This is one of the game's three endings.

Back to the Void

How to unlock: Reach the Umbral ending.

Trophy type: silver

Comment: This is one of the game's three endings. It is the most difficult to unlock and is described on the Umbral ending page.

A Shadow Dispelled

How to unlock: Defeat the Scarlet Shadow.

Trophy type: bronze

Comment: The description of the boss fight with Scarlet Shadow can be found in the Bosses chapter.

Essence of Death

How to unlock: Defeat an enemy with an Umbral finisher.

Trophy type: bronze

Comment: Activating a Grievous Strike is described on the How to perform a stealth attack? page. You must first stagger your opponent. They must also be weakened or injured so that a Grievous Strike can kill them (and not just deal damage).

Thriving in Darkness

How to unlock: Use a Vestige Seed.

Trophy type: bronze

Comment: To get the achievement, you need a Vestige Seed. You will receive the first one for free from the Iron Wayfarer. In that place, you will be able to use a seedling and create an Anchor Between Realms (a manually created place for resting, leveling up and saving).

Seasoned

How to unlock: Reach Level 100. 3.

Trophy type: silver

Comment: You can check your current level on, e.g. the character screen (picture above). By default, you start at level 12. You can level up your character by accumulating vitality (XP) and then spending it after returning to a Vestige - select the Upgrade character option from the list.

Wayfarer

How to unlock: Visit all of the areas in the game.

Trophy type: silver

Comment: To get this trophy, explore all locations in both worlds. In the Umbral world you can find, e.g. new passages and places.

The Past Shapes the Present

How to unlock: Offer Molhu the Bowl of Revelations.

Trophy type: bronze

Comment: Obtaining and giving this quest item is described on the FAQ page What is the use of the Bowl of Revelations?.

Lingering Moments

How to unlock: View all Umbral stigmas.

Trophy type: bronze

Comment: Umbral stigmas are collectibles - scenes from the past that you can see after finding them in the world of the dead. You need to locate the stigma (example in the picture), take out the Umbral lamp and use Soulflay. We have discussed this in more detail on the How to obtain Umbral Scouring? page.

A Rest Among the Dead

How to unlock: Reach the Skyrest Bridge interior.

Trophy type: bronze

Comment: You cannot miss the Skyrest location. You will get there automatically after defeating the second main boss of the game.

A Trace of Venom

How to unlock: Kukajin concludes her business in Mournstead.

Trophy type: bronze
