Starting class can define in which direction you want to improve your character. This does not mean, however, that you can't play around with different builds and change the way you want to develop your character. Best starting class

If you Lords of the Fallen is your first soulslike game, we recommend choosing the Hallowed Knight class. This class has very good armor and weapons and starts with level 15 which is the highest among the classes. A large number of points invested in strength, vitality and endurance will allow you to equip heavier armor or weapons. Hallowed Knight gives you more room for mistakes at the very beginning than other classes.

Best class for advanced players

If you are one of those people for whom Lords of the Fallen is just another soulslike, we recommend choosing the Condemned as your first class. Although it has the worst weapons and starts only at level one, it allows you to build your ideal character from scratch.

All statistics are of the same level - each of them has 9 points. If you don't know what character you want to play as yet and want to decide after a few hours into the game, we recommend choosing this class. You will acquire new, better weapons very quickly, so you don't have to worry that you will be significantly weakened for a long period.

Best class for strength build

If you know from the very beginning that the best play style for you is that of a tank who wears heavy armor and attacks with two-handed swords or other such weapons, then the Partisan or the Udirangr Warwolf will be a good choice. They have a lot of points in strength and endurance. Thanks to this, you will be able to perform several attacks in a row with a heavy weapon.

Best class for dexterity build

Exiled Stalker is the best choice if you value agility and your favorite attack is a barrage of fast attacks. The only problem is that this class is not very durable, as it has light armor.

Best class for a mage build

The only characters who initially wield magic are Orian Preacher and Pyric Cultist. Of the two, we definitely recommend choosing the Orian Preacher. This magic is much easier to use. Not only can it deal damage or strengthen your character, but you also have access to additional healing spells - this is especially helpful when you run out of Sanguinarix.
