Saving at the vestiges

1. There are no manual saves in Lords of the Fallen. You won't find this command in the option menu. You also cannot save in several different slots in order to return to different points in the game. The new save always automatically replaces the old one.
2. The best way to force the game to save your progress is to visit any of the vestiges. Select rest from the list of commands - in addition to restoring full health, the game will also be saved.

How to exit the game safely?

1. If you want to end a given game session, there is no need to return to the vestiges. You can use the menu and select the option to return to the main game menu. Your progress will be saved at this point.
2. Additionally, when you resume the game, you'll find yourself in the exact same place where you ended your previous game session, and not at the nearest vestige. This option enables you to resume the fight instantly without having to repeat the journey from the vestige, thus avoiding or eliminating the same opponents once more.
