On this page, you will learn basic information about multiplayer in Farming Simulator 22.
Farming Simulator 22 , as in previous versions, allows you to play multiplayer mode. Below are some important information about it:
- The game features a cross-platform system. This means that you can have the game on PC and play it with console players. It is possible to filter cross-platform servers and prohibit them from joining your session.
- The game is available on Google Stadia - thanks to this, you can play the game even if you don't meet the minimum system requirements. It was announced that Google Stadia will also support the multiplayer mode.
- To set up a server, you just need a console or a computer. If you are concerned about your internet connection, you can also rent a server through partners, for example Nitrado.
- The server can accommodate 16 people (and only 6 on consoles).
- The progress of the network game is saved only on the server.
- To be able to play with others, you must have the same version of the game and the same DLCs.
- Voice and text chat is available - console users cannot write in text chat, but are able to read messages.
- There are two ways to play multiplayer: run your own farm independently of other players or cooperate in the expansion of one, sharing equipment and buildings.
