Last update: 26 November 2021
This page of the guide to Farming Simulator 22 covers the characteristics of one of the three maps: Erlengrat, what features it has and what size of fields (in hectares) are available for purchase or contract work.
Erlengrat is a map known to Farming Simulator 19 players, since it comes from the last DLC - Alpine Farming. It's, indeed, very Alpine - it features numerous mountain meadows, characteristic buildings and compact development. This is a map especially for people who want to create wild fields in forests and appreciate a high level of gameplay.
Erlengrat's features:
- The smallest number of ready fields - 25 plots available for purchase,
- Numerous wild mountain meadows that can be converted into fields,
- Compact development: allows for limiting transport and movement to a minimum.
- The map is heavily geared towards animal breeding.
- It's dedicated to players who want to increase their difficulty level by working in the mountains. Therefore, workers are not as useful here, as they do poorly in mountainous terrain in irregular fields.
