Watershapers Guild. You can meet with many a couple of watershapers inside the building and also add Tekehu to the team.
Garden. The Worthless Idiot Imp is friendly and you can recruit it to become the ship's navigator. There's a stray cat in the garden - pet Jules (+1 to Perception).
Arkemyr's Manor. Tumara and Netehe are standing in front of the mansion - you'll unlock "The Archmage's Vault" which is about breaking into the manor. You can use Mechanics 10 on the door, complete the "Velvet Glove, Brass Fist" quest for Fassina (04), get to the manor's roof (09) from The Dark Cupboard (04) or go through the tunnel in the boiler room in Luminous Bathhouse (08).
The Dark Cupboard. Merchant Emaita is standing in front of the building - she's selling various drinks. Fassina is running the store - she's selling potions, scrolls, high quality weapons and artifacts and alchemy supplies. You can also unlock the "Velvet Glove, Brass Fist" side quest. You can easily steal many valuable things from the stands in the store. Containers with lvl 4 and 9 locks - amulet and a ring. There's a chest with a trap and lvl3 lock on the upper floor - belt and gold. Ifren can tell your future for 1 gold and say to how to brake into Arkemyr's Manor (03), but not for free. A window in the room on the upper floor allows to get to the roof of Arkemyr's Manor (09) - you must use rope ang grappling hook and pass the Athletics test. After completing "The Archmage's Vault" quest you can recruit Fassina as a sidekick.
Cuitztli's Exotic Herbs. Cuitztli is a merchant - she's selling Apothecary's Gloves and alchemy ingredients. There's a lvl 5 locked chest in the building - potions and gold.
Iolfr's Raiments. There's an abandoned dog near the entrance to the store - pet Rasper (5% of incoming hits converted to grazes). Iolfr is a merchant - he's selling various clothes (some of them are very valuable). Chest with a lvl 12 lock.
Marihi's Metalwork. Marihi can repair unique items if you have Fragments of Whispers of Yenwood and/or Fragments of Blade of the Endless Paths with you (imported progress from Pillars of Eternity 1). You can also purchase various and very high quality weapons and armors from her. There are chests with lvl 8, lvl 13 and lvl 14 locks in the building.
Luminous Bathhouse. Degnos is standing outside of the bathouse - you can unlock the "Sealed Fate" side quest. Wekeme has a stand next to the bathhouse - he's selling food. Inside the bathhouse you can complete tasks tied to various quests and also take a (paid) bath.

Arkemyr Manor roof. You can get here through a door located on the manor's upper floor (M32,8) or from The Dark Cupboard (04) (reaching a window on the upper floor, using rope and grappling hook and passing the Athletics test). The north-eastern door leads to Arkemyr's bedroom (M32,9).
The above map presents Periki's Overlook. It's one of six main districts of Neketaka City, the largest location in Pillars of Eternity 2 Deadfire. In this district, you can find Watershaper's guild, many estates, and bathhouses with healing properties. You can also visit several merchants, including a metalworker who offers high-quality weapons and armor.

Important places in Periki's Overlook
1. Watershaper's guild. You can meet several watershapers inside or make Tekehu join your team. The map of this location can be found in a separate part of the game guide.
3. Arkemyr's Estate. Tumara and Netehe are standing in front of the estate - you will unlock The Archmage's Vault quest which will require you to break into the estate. You can use Mechanics 10 on the entrance door, complete Velvet Glove, Brass Fist side quest for Fassina (M15,4) (a key to the door of the property is one of the possible rewards for its completion), to reach the roof of the property (M15,9) from the side of The Dark Cupboard (M15,4) or use a tunnel inside the boiler room in Luminous Bathhouse (M15, 8). Fassina runs The Dark Cupboard - you can purchase potions, scrolls, high-quality weapons and artifacts, and alchemy components. You can also unlock side quest Velvet Glove, Brass Fist. Complete The Archmage's Vault quest to join Fassina to your party as a sidekick.
You can easily steal a lot of valuable items from the racks in the shop. Containers have level 4 and level 9 locks - amulet, ring. The room on the upper floor has a chest with a trap and a level 3 lock - belt and gold.
Ifren can tell your future for 1 coin and provide you with hints on how to break into Arkemyr's Estate (M15, 3). However, this tip won't be free - you need to pay 500 gold or use Intimidate 4 / Bluff 4.
Window shutter in the room on the first floor of the shop allows you to reach Arkemyr Manor roof (M15,9) - you must use grapple and complete Athletics test.
7. Marihi's Metalworks. Marihi can repair unique weapons if you have Fragments of Whispers of Yenwood and/or Blade of the Endless Paths (import your progress from Pillars of Eternity 1). She can also sell you high-quality weapons and armor.
The building has level 8, 13 and 14 locks.

9. Arkemyr's Manor' roof. You can get here from the first floor of the manor (M32,8) or from the side of The Dark Cupboard (M15,4) (window shutter on the first floor, you must use grapple and complete Athletics test).
Beware of iron construct on the roof. North-east door lead to Arkemyr's bedroom (M32,9).
Repairing Whispers of Yenwood / Blade of the Endless Paths
You will have a chance to obtain two swords of high quality once you reach Periki's Overlook. These two swords are Whispers of Yenwood and Blade of the Endless Paths. Start by searching the chest in captain's cabin located on the hero's ship. There, you can find fragments of one or both weapons (the screenshot presents an example of such fragments). Their "availability" depends on decisions made in the first part of Pillars of Eternity (you can affect this by importing your saves or selecting one of the recommended stories).
Once you have one of the fragments, you can reach Marihi's Metalworks (M15, 7). Show Marihi the fragments, and you will learn how to repair the swords. Unfortunately, broken pieces are not enough to repair your weapon and you will also need to give the woman a lot of gold.

It offers High quality (bonus damage, accuracy, and penetration), Reliable (50% of Misses are converted to Grazes), Soul Cutter (additional damage and accuracy against Spirits) and Whispers of the Dead (-5 Will, receiving Critical Hits causes an additional -5 Will until combat ends).

Don't rush with breaking into Arkemyr's Estate located in this district, because there is a quest related to this location, and you will need a highly experienced team. It's best to leave it for later.
If you have elements of broken weapons from Pillars of Eternity 1, or you just want to put your hand on high-quality weapons and armor, you need to visit Marihi's Metalworks. Just keep in mind that some items will be very expensive.
