Pillars Of Eternity 2: Pets and location - list Pillars Of Eternity 2 Guide and Walkthrough
Last update: 20 November 2022
Pets are unique friendly creatures, which can be found or purchased while exploring the world of Pillars of Eternity 2 Deadfire. Only one pet can travel with your team at a time, and it will boost your team in a certain way. The following list includes locations where pets can be found.
Remember - We are currently working on this content. Our list of pets will be updated systematically.
Pets - main information
Pets are animals that can travel with your team. They can be found in various places, so if you don't want to miss them, you will need to be very careful (it's good to use "Tab" which displays names of nearby objects, NPCs, pets, etc.) Although pets don't take part in fights, they boost your stats (bonuses will depend on the pet). A pet can be added to your inventory like any other item. If you want to "activate it", you will need to drag the pet to the marked slot (see screenshot) in your main inventory. The pet will appear by the character it was assigned to and will follow the team. Pets are immortal but they also cannot deal damage. You can only "use" one pet at a time, but all the other pets can remain in your inventory. Unwanted pets can be sold.
Remember - you can find additional information on pets in the FAQ section of our game guide called How to get your own pet in the game?
