Portcrystals are special places in Dragons Dogma 2 that act as fast travel hubs in the game. On this page we will show you the location of each of them.

The fast travel system in Dragons Dogma 2 is very limited. Nevertheless, In addition to the slow and dangerous ox carts that traverse the roads between settlements, you can use Portcrystals - special stations that serve as safe, instant teleportation destinations. On this page of our guide, we provide the location of every Portcrystal to find in the world, as well as show how to get the portable ones.

Portcrystal in Vernworth (fixed)
The first of the Portcrystals in the game can be found in the central part of Vernworth - the northern human kingdom's capital. Its exact location is south-west from a large building with a Riftstone, right next to the inn and guild headquarters. Try to activate it during the first visit to the city to have the option to teleport to the capital ready at all times.

Portcrystal in Harve Village (fixed)
The second and also the last stationary Portcrystal is located on a small peninsula in the town of Harve Village, due west from the capital. Look for it in the southern part of the city, near the sea shore.
Portcrystal for completing Feast of Deception
The first of portable Portcrystals is received in the course of the main story. After completing all tasks received from Captain Brant in Vernworth, one of the final missions in the capital will reward you with a portable, multi-use Portcrystal.
Portcrystal for solving Sphinx's puzzles
The first location where you encounter the Sphinx is northeast of the border crossing between Vermund and Battahl. For completing his Riddle of Madness, you'll be rewarded with another portable Portcrystal.
- When asked about your "Most Beloved", present your main Pawn. Grab him and place on the platform before the Sphinx.
Interestingly enough, when solving the next of Sphinx's riddles, with a little slyness, you can receive a second Portcrystal. Any item chosen from your inventory in Riddle of Conviction will be duplicated. Select the Portcrystal you've just received in the previous riddle to get another one. There aren't any bad answers in this riddle, but remember to choose a valuable item for duplication.
Portcrystal for completing Trial of Archery
After reaching the end of Vernworth plotline (completing Seat of the Sovra quest) and completing Gift of the Bow task, you'll be able to start another quest featuring Glyndwren. The task will lead you to Sacred Arbor Village - a hidden Elven village. You will have to fight an Ogre to save Glyndwren's sister. Your reward for this will be another Portcrystal.
In the elven village, a Pawn with Woodland Wordsmith specialization will be useful, as he can translate the incomprehensive Elvish language.
Portcrystal in the Griffin's nest
Another Portcrystal can be found in Griffin's nest. The beast's dwelling is in the mist-covered Misty Marches region which is found in western Vermund. To get the treasure he hoards, you'll need to defeat him, so be ready for a tough encounter in a hostile area.
Portcrystal bought from The Dragonforged
The last Portcrystal can be purchased from an NPC known as The Dragonforged. He resides in Bay Wayside Shrine in the country of Battahl. To buy his stock, among it many rare items, you need Wrymslife Crystals. These, in turn, will be obtained during the later missions of the main story when fighting dragons.
