Locked storeroom at Fellowship Harbor

1. The storeroom is one of the buildings in the southern part of Dawnshore. More specifically, it's in the Fellowship Harbor, next to the moored boats. You can't use lockpicks and the only way to get inside is to obtain a key.

Where is the Storeroom Key?

1. Head east. In the eastern part of the harbor, there is a locked guard building. Here, get onto the scaffolding and start climbing - jump to the next ledges and climb to the higher ones.

1. Eventually, you will reach the upper shutter of the guard building shown in the screenshot.

1. Head inside. In the upper room, there is a Recently Written Note and the Storeroom Key.

What to do with the key?

1. You have 2 options here. The obvious way to go is to just open the storeroom. Inside, there is a chest with loot, including gold and rare crafting ingredients.

1. A less obvious option is to talk to the guards standing next to the storeroom. You will learn that they have lost the key and you can give it to them. As a reward, you will receive 3 Health Potions.
