Avowed: What is Second Wind?

How does Second Wind work in Avowed?
Second Wind is a mechanic that is unlocked once you allocate at least one stat point to Resolve. We highly recommend doing this, especially on higher difficulty levels. Why is that?
That's because Second Wind allows you to get back up after your character's health drops to zero. Of course, you will not be back with your entire health bar full, but with a small chunk of it. However, it is always better to have a second chance than to repeat a fight from the very beginning.
To increase the amount of HP regained upon death, you must invest points in the Resolve stat. However, in most cases, one point spent there will be more than enough.
