Avowed: Game editions

Standard edition
The standard version of Avowed is available for purchase only in a digital form. You can play it on Xbox Series S/X and PC. It contains only the basic version of the game, without any additional elements.
Digital premium edition
The premium edition of the game also offers:
- 5-day early access - you can start playing on February 13, 2025;
- 2 premium skin packs - we've described them in more detail further down the page;
- A digital art book;
- The original soundtrack (digital edition).
Physical premium edition
The physical premium edition is the only way to purchase the box version of the game. Unfortunately it does not include the game on a Blu-ray disc. Instead, the set includes an activation key that you can use to get the digital version on Xbox/PC.
The premium physical version also offers:
- A steelbook with game art;
- 2 premium skin packs - we've described them in more detail further down the page;
- A physical map of the Living Lands;
- A letter from the game creators;
- A digital art book;
- The original soundtrack (digital edition).
How to equip premium skins?
The skin packs (both from digital and physical copies of the game) consist of new outfits for the hero's 4 main companions. They are not available from the very beginning of the game, but they are easy to access. You must visit any Party Camp and interact with the tent shown in the screenshot.
You can change your companions' outfits only if they have already joined your party. These are entirely cosmetic changes and will not affect their stats in any way.
Are there story DLCs?
The release edition of Avowed does not offer any story DLC content, even if you go for the premium edition. The devs do not rule out a DLC in the future, but at the time of the game's release, there aren't any.
