Avowed: Mapping the Living Lands Dawnshore - Where is the cartographer?

The Mapping the Living Lands: Dawnshore side quest requires you to find the assistant of Sanza, the cartographer, who's somewhere in this region. Unfortunately, there isn't much information available that could lead to his whereabouts. On this Avowed guide page, you will learn where the cartographer is.
Where is the cartographer's body?
Once you accept Sanza's quest, head to Southern Embrace, then head north of Usher's Hand (marked with the player marker in the screenshot). There are a lot of holes there through which you can fall down, so avoid them.
You will find the body in the upper part of the location, near the destroyed stone structures. Next to him, you will find Geirmund's Map. Pick it up to update the quest. Now, simply head towards the new marker to visit Sanza in Hightown and thus, complete the quest.
