Assassins Creed Valhalla: Where the Stone Falls - important choice Assassin's Creed Valhalla guide, walkthrough
Last update: 02 February 2021
On this page of the Assassin's Creed Valhalla game guide you will find a description of an important choice in the Lincolnscire region that you will have to make during the Election Time mission (Where the Stones Falls).
You will have to make the decision at the final stage of the mission Election Time. Ealdorman Lincolnscire is dying and the county needs a new ruler. Three candidates are applying for this position: Aelfgar, Hunwald and Bishop Herefrith.
Ealdorman Linconscire - who to choose?
Twelve authorized lords of Lincolnscire cast their votes, but the winner could not be selected. Each candidate received four votes, so Eivor will have to cast the deciding vote.
Before you choose the next Lincolnscire ealdorman, think carefully because your decision will have some consequences.
- Hunwald: if you vote for the young Hunwald, the Bishop will attack the meeting room with his troops and reveal himself as a member of the Ancient Order. Hunwald will later ask Eivor to prepare a place for his fiancée in Raven Harbour. You will of course gain an alliance with Lincolnshire;
- Aelfgar: When you choose him, Herefrith will attack the meeting room with his troops and reveal himself as a member of the Ancient Order. Hunwald, despite his nervousness, will agree to help Aelfgar to stop the bishop. When the bishop is defeated, Aelfgar will say that you will have an ally in him from now on. Hunwlad together with his Swan will join the settlement of Ravensthorpe.
- Herefrith: choosing a bishop for the ealdorman will end the Lincolnshire plot immediately (you will not get to complete the mission A Sword-Shower in Anecastre). Herefrith will offer you an alliance and his true identity will be revealed later. Hunwald will live with his Swan in the Norman settlement of Brimsgy.
