In the place marked on the image above, you will meet a man named Skegi and his wife, Stikla. From your conversation with the man, you will learn that bandits have taken over their village and if only he could, he would take it back.

If you want to help them, you can go to the village alone and finish off the bandits or enlist Skegi's wife to accompany you in the fight. Get rid of all the enemies and then speak with Skegi to complete this quest.
