In the place marked on the image above, you will meet a bound woman. When you talk to her, you will learn that the woman is a songstress. There was a misunderstanding between her and the local residents, causing her to be tied up and left where you found her.
The woman will insist that you have become her muse and will accompany you from then on. At some point, Eivor will get fed up with Aswig's company - pay her the highest amount in silver right away so that the woman will finally give you a break and thus, complete this quest.
