You can find the mask on the banks of the Lagan River.

To get to the mask, you must destroy the obstacles blocking the passage. You can do this using the flammable vases or the special skill, Incendiary Powder Trap. Once you are inside, run to the very end and pick up the mask.

You will find the mask in the southwestern part of the region.

To get to the mask, you must destroy the passage. You can do this by simply shooting at the fragile boards. Once you are inside, run to the very end and pick up the mask.
