On this page of Assassin's Creed Valhalla's game guide, you will learn how to romance Randvi. We inform you who Randvi is, where you can meet her, what steps you have to take to start romancing her, and is it possible to sleep with Randvi.
Romance with Randvi is available for both genders. You can play as a male or female character – this won't block any of the romance options.
Who is Randvi?
Randvi is the wife of Siegfried, Eivor's foster brother. She appears from the very beginning of the game because she lives in Fornburg village in Norway. Randvi joins the Vikings, who are going to conquer England. From now on you can meet her in the main building of the settlement. Randvi stands at the table with the Alliance Map, and you have to meet her every time you plan expeditions to new lands to acquire more allies.
From conversations with Randvi, you will learn that her marriage to Siegfried was arranged for the sake of two different Vikings clans and that she does not have deep feelings for her husband. It did not help Randvi's relationship with Siegfried that before the events presented in the game, Siegfried spent a lot of time on conquests, while Randvi lived alone in Fornburg.
How to start a romance?
A side quest Taken for Granted is associated with Randvi. The opportunity to start this quest comes when you ask Randvi how she's doing. This "golden" dialogue option should appear during the meeting with Randvi after three alliances have been formed and after completing the quest line in the Grantebridgescire region. As a reminder, this is a series of quests related to Soma and selecting the traitor in her ranks.
If the first question to Randvi does not lead to unlocking the quest, try talking to her again (you can try it right away, without waiting for you to progress further in the game).
Randvi is adventurous, and her quest is to spend free time with her. The first task in this quest is to reach the Grantebridge settlement. Randvi will ask not to use the boat. You can swim across the river with her or use your horse if it has passed swimming training.
After reaching Grantebridge, the characters will be able to meet with Magnim and help the people of Grantebridge to get rid of new bandits. It is best to offer your help, especially as defeating the bandits will not be very difficult (it is best to weaken the goliath with a surprise attack or save it for the end).
After receiving thanks from Magni, Randvi will offer to take part in the drinking competition. It is best not to decline because whether winning or losing it (it is a mini rhythmic game) will not affect your chances to romance her.
Another place that Eivor and Randvi decide to visit is the ruins of the Sunken Tower. When you get there, you have to start climbing the tower. Do not try to reach the very top (viewpoint). You just need to reach the small shelf below.
An intermittent scene will turn on, during which Randvi spontaneously kisses Eivor.
You can choose a dialog option marked with a heart so that Eivor will confirm that he reciprocates the feeling.
You will see a cutscene including sleeping with Randvi. The next day, Eivor will wake up without Randvi at his side and will find out that Randvi has returned to the Ravensthorpe.
How to continue a relationship?
You can still meet with Randvi. To do this you have to return to the main building in the settlement and talk to her. You can:
- Kiss Randvi.
- Sleep with Randvi.
- Break up with Randvi - this is not required to start another romance, you can simply ignore this option.
Epilogue
After you pass the events in the finale of Siegfried and Eivor's adventures in the Hordafylke region, you will learn that Siegfried and Randvi have divorced.
After completing all sagas in Anglia, you can unlock a side quest called The Forge and the Flame. During it, you will participate in Gunnar's and Brigid's wedding organized in the settlement. After the wedding ceremony, Randvi will take Eivor to a secluded place. The woman will also confirm that she has divorced her husband. Eivor and Randvi will kiss.
Additional information - if you managed to unlock the "good" ending, he will also tell at the wedding that he is happy for Eivor and Randvi.
