Basic information about the region
Svaladal is the second part of Svartalfheim that you will explore. There, you will find a shelter and a valkyrie arena.
- The suggested hero power for this region is 355;
- On this part of the map you will find 5 fast travel points (viewpoints);
- There is 1 port in Svaladal;
- There is 1 refugee in this region - Jordeygr;
- There's nothing stopping you from going to other parts of the map, but they have different difficulty levels;
- You can return to Norway/England/Ireland at any time, you aren't blocked by any story quests.
World Events
On this part of the map, you can complete 4 events that look like short side quests. Each of them requires you to perform simple tasks, e.g. setting fire to a house or bringing some goods. It should not take you more than a few minutes to complete a mission like that.
Raw Materials Ingots
You will find 11 Ingots in Svaladal. They are marked on the map with golden dots, and when you get close to them, you will see a gold bar icon. This way, you will easily pinpoint the exact location of the chest.
Books of Knowledge (Abilities)
On this map, you can get 3 books of knowledge, which will provide you with new combat abilities.

Dwarf in Distress
This is a short task in which you will have to kill several opponents and talk to the rescued dwarf. It will end the activity. However, the dwarf will give you information about Sinmara's chosen or Suttungr's Outrider. He will go to a shelter, where you will be able to meet him and collect the reward for his rescue, usually a large pool of some resource.

Jotun Blight
In Svaladal, you will find 3 areas of Jotun Blight. These areas are covered by a curse. At the site, you must destroy several totems to clear the area and get the runes. We described them on a separate page of the guide.

Uncut Gemstones
