Reach the jammer | Prologue - Blacklist Zero
Go towards the square that you can see in the distance. The game will suggest you the option of hiding behind the covers that you pass by but, temporarily, it isn't necessary because you will meet enemies only after you reach the next area. Here, you already need to start sneaking because there are many terrorists around. Approach, carefully, the largest of the groups and wait for the enemies to finish their conversation and disperse. Carefully, go now to the right.
Take the first stop after you have covered a dozen or so meters and wait for the not moving enemy to have another conversation. Move as soon as it is possible. The character that you are following should soon stop in the spot shown in the screenshot. Do not attack the terrorist and remain behind the cover to the right of him.
Turn your attention to the other guard patrolling this area a bit further away. Wait for the character to go left and move into action, while keeping as close to the fence as possible and nearing the jammer. You will watch a cutscene which will finish the prologue.
