Climb down the stairs and stop at the landing. Open the grate to the venting shaft. Pass through the shaft and jump down at the end, thanks to which you will get to the locker room, where there are two terrorists now. As you can probably figure out,, once again, it would be good to wait for them to finish their conversation and walk away.

You necessarily need to remain in the locker room, because, in its left part, there is an entrance to another venting shaft. Since this place is well-lit, you need to wait until it is safe here and, only then, open the grate. Start another walk through the shaft. Do not hurry with getting to the other side of the shaft, because there is a terrorist that stops here every now and then. If this is what has just happened, wait for him to leave this place. Exit the shaft and turn left, where you will open the door to the room with hostages inside.
