Protect the hostages | Mission 3 - American Consumption Splinter Cell: Blacklist Guide
Last update: 11 May 2016
The current objective is quite misleading, because you do not need to save the hostages by eliminating all the terrorists, but rather to keep them alive on the way to the next location. This means, of course, that you can't let yourself be spotted because, the innocent people will die. Right after you enter a new area of the basement, turn left and grab onto the pipe under the ceiling, after you take several steps. Start shimmying along the pipe, thanks to which you will reach a very distant part of the catwalks above and get around the first enemy without any problems.
Climb down the stairs to a lower level and take the narrow passage located near the wall to the right, which has been shown in the above screenshot. You now need to move, slowly, and keep to the right wall at all times. Each time you need to wait for the terrorists to move away from Fisher or turn away.
Continue our march for as long as you reach the corner of the room.. Only then, turn left and approach, carefully, an enemy that patrols the area near the hostages. Wait for him to move in the other direction and approach the manhole located right next to the hostages and jump down. Slide down the ladder to the very bottom to leave the basement with the hostages.
Additional tips for the Panther/Attack playing style: Try and pass through the entire location without attacking the enemies and without being spotted, which may result in the death of all the hostages and failing the mission.
