Unfortunately, the game will, once again, force you to take more drastic measures, because it will be possible to leave the estate with Nouri only after you eliminate all of the assailants that appeared in the building. Fortunately enough, you will also be able to knock your enemies down although, it needs to be said that complete avoiding of the enemies may turn out to be difficult in this situation. Walk over to the neighboring room and position yourself behind the cover, because this room will soon be stormed by hostile mercs that will lay fire on you without warning.
The best method to eliminate the enemies easily is to use one of the flashbang grenades. Throwing them a sleeping gas grenade will allow you to eliminate them quickly, but if you have only one left, it is better to leave it for later. What can help you eliminate both enemies is also the tear gas grenade. In this case, however, you need to approach them quickly (it is a good idea to use Pulse Sonar goggles here, to locate them in the room full of smoke) and eliminate them quickly before they overcome this state. Note - do not use the standard smoke grenades because the enemies are using goggles and they will see Fisher through the smoke!
If you do not have any grenades on you, or you do not want to waste them, you can deal with the first group of enemies in several other ways. An interesting idea is, for example, planting a Proximity Shocker mine near the door, so that the enemies are shocked with electricity. As a last resort, you can use the crossbow or the stun gun to stun the enemies. Of course, this sort of tactic involves exposing yourself to the enemy.
Unfortunately, Nouri won't wait for you after you eliminate both enemies of the first group and he will automatically run to the main room in the villa. The new enemies will approach from the left, and definitely, the best way to eliminate them all (or at least most of them) is by throwing a sleeping gas grenade into the spot shown in the screenshot. Hold the throw until the last possible moment, so that the gas can poison the enemies.
If you have already used up all of your sleeping gas grenades, I recommend using the crossbow or the stun gun, and start from the enemies that move around at the back of the group. This way you will avoid being detected. It is possible that one of the assailants will come close to Nouri that is hiding on the ground floor. Fortunately, he won't shoot him immediately and you will have enough time to stun the enemy with electricity, or even get him from behind, as a result.
Regardless of what kind of gadgets you have used, you need to eliminate all of the enemies in this area. Walk down to the ground floor and follow Nouri. On your way, you won't meet any enemies anymore so, you do not need to sneak now. Soon, you will reach a passage that will take you to the surface and, as a result, you will begin a more direct protection of Nouri.
Additional tips for the Panther/Attack playing style: it is a good idea to make use of frag mines to eliminate the first group of enemies effectively, especially that forcing the door open is going to take them some time.
