Make it through the first part of the village
It's a good idea to help yourself with the night vision goggles, during the walk across the first part of the village, to find covers and spot enemies. You should experience no problems dealing with most of the enemies, and you will be able to surprise them quite easily. Also, it's a good idea to use the decoy to your aid to lure them away from their posts. It's also a good idea to conceal the bodies, thanks to which they won't be found. If a corpse is found by any of the enemies, practically results in reinforcements being called in and all of the enemies will become more attentive and, therefore, more difficult to eliminate.
In the first part of the village, you will encounter the enemy called the high-value target. If you are playing in the co-op mode, it's a good idea to start the cooperation after you reach the tall vertical wall, which will make it easier to reach the hut where the target is usually staying. Otherwise, you need to spend some time climbing. Regardless of the circumstances, attack the high-value target only when the he stops inside one of the huts, which will make it easier to attack without being spotted, and you won't have to hide the target afterwards.
Another collectible is a Dead Drop located in the spot shown in the screenshot, i.e. at the foot of the big mill located in the left part of the village. The region of the collectible is being patrolled by, at least, one enemy so, be wary and do not haste to the intel data (10 thousand dollars).
The only enemy that can make things a bit difficult is the heavy armored one with shield. As you can, probably, remember from your main campaign missions, this type of enemy is resistant to the effects of the sleeping gas grenade, among others. Take advantage of the fact that the enemy stays put in one position and walk through the building behind the enemy' back to perform a surprise attack.
After you eliminate all of the enemies, go to the exit marked by the game, and then, along several unguarded caves, thanks to which you will reach the second part of the village (on your way, you will receive the reward for eliminating the high-value target - up to 30 thousand dollars).
Make your way through the second part of the village
In the second village, you need to watch out for the nearby mine field, first of all. Since this mission is played at night, it's highly recommended that you use the sonar goggles or thermal goggles to locate and avoid the mines because, otherwise you may find it difficult. . A mine explosion will, not only, alarm the enemy, but also, usually results in Fisher's death.
The village is also patrolled by enemies in helmets and armors but, if you isn't going to kill them, this changes your tactic in no way at all. Watch out for two snipers that are watching over the area (one on the left and the other on the right side of the village), do not let them spot you and use e.g. the crossbow to eliminate them from afar. Furthermore, on the right side of the village, you will bump into another heavy armored enemy. Unlike the enemy with the shield, this one does not stay in one spot so, first deal with all of the standard enemies in this area and then, get this one from behind.
In the final portion of the second village, there is another Blacklist Laptop. You can find it in the cave shown in the screenshot . It's a good idea to wait for the enemies that stay near the laptop to walk away, and destroy the two cameras (e.g. using the suppressed pistol) and approach the collectible after that (40 thousand dollars). Note - you need to hack into the laptop BEFORE you eliminate the all of the enemies because the mission end automatically after you eliminate the last one!
After you return to the mobile command center, get acquainted with your ratings and receive your reward. You can talk to Kobin about the next assignment - Fish Market.
