Lethian's Crossing
While talking to Harchiand Bronze, you will learn that Fifth Eye hired him to deliver iron to Vendrien Guard.
Lethian's Crossing Oldwalls - Antechamber
Upon entering the Oldwalls, you will see a body on which you can find an authorization written by the commander of the Disfavored. It turns out that the faction wanted to create a passage to the Bronze Brotherhood's camp.
Rust Canyons
Having completed the That Which Remains quest, you search the body of the Unbroken camp's commander. Elia had a map in her pocket which marked the Disfavored patrols in Blade Grave. The scope of the information indicates the Scarlet Chorus' involvement.
Trapper's Junction
In this location, you will encounter a unit of the Scarlet Chorus. Once you've dealt with the enemy, search the body of Jagged Remedy to find orders from Voices of Nerat concerning the Disfavored. It appears that the Archon of Secrets wanted to ally himself with the faction to incriminate Graven Ashe.
Blade Grave Oldwalls - West
Regardless of the path taken to the location, you will come across a body on which you can find a note that incriminates the Disfavored, namely Jacomus. It turns out that the soldier offered the rebels to join the faction in return for some favors.
Sentinel Stand (Outer Walls) - the second story visit
While performing the Making a Stand quest, you will arrive at the Outer walls of Sentinel Stand again. The wooden bridge you used earlier to go deeper into the location is now collapsed. When you reach it from the far side, you will find a body of a Disfavored soldier, and on it is a report which proves that Voices of Nerat gave the rebels information concerning battle plans of the Disfavored.
Sentinel Stand (Hall of Regents)
During the Making a Stand quest, you discover that the daughter of the Archon of War was in league with the Stalwart Regent and bore his heir. Depending on our choices, Amelia and her child live or die.
Effigy
Maric, the Disfavored unit's commander, will tell you that one of his subordinates cooperated with the Scarlet Chorus which led to the unit's demise.
Burning Library Entrance
While searching the body of Foul Murmur, you will find a report which says that the Chorus would catch and torture the Disfavored soldiers long before the Conquest of the Tiers.
Burning Library - Upper Ruins
On one of the shelves in Burning Library, you will find a letter addressed to Graven Ashe. It turns out that the Archon of War sent his forces to attack Sentinel Stand despite knowing that the Edict of Storms will be levied on the region.
Burning Library - Lower Ruins
On one of the shelves in the lower level of Burning Library, you will find a message addressed to Renata the Sage. It turns out that the Archon of War took all of his actions mainly on the basis of his aversion towards Voices of Nerat.
The Silent Archive
Just before the fight, The Censor will tell you that the Scarlet Chorus' task was to acquire the dangerous knowledge, not to destroy its source.
Further actions
As the end of the investigation approaches, you will receive a letter from Tunon that orders you go to the Court immediately. The best solution is to answer the letter which will let you act freely for a longer period of time. However, before the end of the investigation, you have to report back to him.
The quest will end automatically once Act II has concluded. Its storylines will be carried on in Act III within the Final Judgment quest. What's important, more evidence gathered in this part of the quest will make things easier in the final conclusion of the mission.
