First steps
As you start the game being at war with Cappadocia, use this opportunity and attack them. Conquering Samosata and Mazaca should eliminate this faction, while increasing your revenues. Now you can strengthen your position in Bithynia et Pontus province: attack Trapezos.
The next step should be starting the war with Galatia and final conquest of Galatia et Cappadocia province. It will open the direct way to the west to Asia and to the south to Cilicia. Once you conquer the entire Asia Minor you'll be able to start marching to fulfill campaign objectives.
This time the military victory is the easiest one. Most of regions you need are controlled by you - just send ships to overseas provinces: Italia and Aegyptus. Most of time will be taken by getting to Persis and during marching there you'll come across Eastern factions. Fortunately you can completely ignore Mesopotamia and immediately get needed locations.
Economic victory is a bit more complicated because in addition to provinces you already have, you'll need to conquer near Thracia, overseas Libya and far Gedrosia. Two first provinces shouldn't be a problem but unfortunately Gedrosia is far to the East than Persis required for military domination, so your army will be more vulnerable to attacks of local rulers.
Cultural variant is the most difficult challenge for Pontus. Prepare for long war with Carthage (if it still exists) for control over Africa and then a long march to India, as far as Bactria and to the north, to Scythia. This victory is very difficult to achieve and requires fighting with enemies using mainly heavy cavalry and war elephants. This variant is recommended only to experienced generals.
