  • Hold at least one settlement in 35 provinces in which Punic culture is dominant

  • Research 30 of all technologies

First steps

From the very beginning of the game Carthage will have to operate on many fronts at the same time. First army stationing in Spain should go west towards Kartuba controlled by hostile Turdetani. Conquering this location will allow you to take control over Baetica province. The nest step should be preparing to invade central and northern Spain. The most important thing is to conquer other two regions in Carthaginensis province and strengthening your influence in Lusitania. Only now you can attack northern Tarraconensis and block the entrance to the Iberian Peninsula.

Army stationing in the capital has also some options to maneuver. You can attack Mauritania and gain another province or eliminate Garamantia located in Phazania. But if you plan to make an alliance with nomads, you can cross the sea and attack Corsica or Syracuse in Sicily.

Once you consolidate your position, you can invade Magna Graecia and attack Rome directly. Conquering Italia will open you the way to control entire Mediterranean basin. At this moment you'll be able to choose the right victory option. The easiest one is military dominance, requiring only travels around the Mediterranean and Black Sea. Economic or cultural dominance will require from you much longer marches inland.
