First steps
The path to Demetae leads through the Dumnonii territory, do you can ignore for the while. Your first target should be northern Eborakon. It would be best to move there with two armies, because you'll continue your march towards Eildon located in Caledonia et Hibernia province.
Just now you can try to communicate with Dumnonii - if they refuse you to let you march through their territory or they do not want to make o confederation with you, you should eliminate them as soon as possible and then attack Demetae. Now board on ships your both armies and move to Eblana - the entire Britannia is under your control.
The next step is landing on the continent. Depending on your alliances, you should find at least one neutral landing place - it will be your foothold for further inland expansion.
Depending on chosen victory conditions, you can move to the east towards German tribes or south, to Spain. The fastest way to end the campaign is to gain military advantage to your opponents. The economic or cultural advantage will require a march towards Balkans and thus heavy fights with Hellenic factions.
