This guide page has information on how to receive Oddworld Soulstorm for free as a PS user. We explain who can get the free version of Oddworld Soulstorm as part of the PlayStation Plus subscription and the time period within which the game can be assigned to your PSN account.
When can get the game?
Oddworld Soulstorm was offered to PlayStation Plus subscribers as part of the April 2021 offer. This means that you can get the game from April 6, 2021, to May 3, 2021.
Once you've added the game to your account, you will be able to play it even after May 3rd, 2021. The only requirement is to have an active PS subscription.
Who can get the game?
Oddworld Soulstorm is available for free exclusively on PS5. This means that only PlayStation 5 owners can play it for free.
If you have a PS4, then in order to play Oddworld Soulstorm on launch, you will have to purchase the game. Oddworld Soulstorm in the April PS offer does not apply to PlayStation 4.
Additional note - Even if you only own a PS4, you can add the PS5 version of Oddworld Soulstorm to your PSN account in the PlayStation Store. This will allow us to play it for free once you get a PS5 in the future.
